Fantastic process from start to finish, The driver was spot on time and very friendly. The location was absolutely beautiful, there is a butterfly green house and baby alligators, and a fantastic game room to keep you occupied while waiting for scheduled time. The food was great and at a reasonable price. Would definitely use Gray Line again for future excursions.

Gray line as a transportation service is great, reliable, on time. The airboat ride and park visit were nice, just too bad we did not get to see alligators during the airboat ride.

Tour guide was kind and gave useful tips during the trip. The drive to the location was also pleasant. Except it was sunny and the car has no shade at all. Would appreciate curtain or window shade!
