New for the summer we are taking an excursion out to Clearwater beach every Sunday. This is a special tour though, as we are leaving a little later in the day to be able to stay for the festivities that the setting sun brings with it.
After a late morning pick up you can spend the afternoon on the beach soaking up the sun and cooling off in the turquoise water at one of America’s #1 rated beaches. Stroll along the pier and enjoy a bite to eat at a beach side café. You could also visit the dock take a ride on one of the many boats for an excursion into the gulf. Then there is always water rental equipment that will add an extra punch to playing in the waves. There is always something to do beach side!
Whatever you chose to do during the afternoon be ready for the celebration of a once in a lifetime sunset view. Approximately 2 hours before the sun sets on the beach Pier 60 has a daily festival including artisans, crafters, street performers, and a great view for the world-famous Pier 60 sunsets. This year marks 22 years of operation for the festival and it now runs daily for guests of all ages. After a day in the sun this is the cherry on top to making a perfect beach day.
